I had no expectations when coming here, but once I arrived, it was more than I expected. Received a guided tour from the hotel manager and history of the location. To add to the stay, there is a small, friendly, and cosy bar, attended by the hotel manager.. when made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are well kept and what you would expect from the period of the hotel.

We were exploring the area during the peak of the leaf-changing season and truly loved our stay at the Hotel St. Nicholas. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. If you stay here, you must have a drink in the boiler room bar! Also, be sure to take the train ride and visit Rita the Troll in Victor.
