Hotel Services and Amenities

Room rates include a pared down continental breakfast (due to CoVid19), served in the breakfast room, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Guests will complete a menu of prepackaged items which will be ready at 7:30. Please keep groups to family members only and maintain a 6' distance between groups. Please, no pets in breakfast room.

THE ENTIRETY OF THE HOTEL ST NICHOLAS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping pens, and marijuana. Please take your smoking OUTdoors. The smoke alarm system is extremely touchy. There is also a $250 cleaning fee should it be determined that there was smoking on the property.

All rooms include a private bath and satellite TV. Guests are welcome to relax on the terrace or use dry sauna. A billiards table is available in the event room, spirits and conversation, in the Boiler Room Tavern***. Other amenities include free wireless internet, fax, copier and maid service. Town and casino operated shuttles are available to whisk you to our local attractions. The city shuttle charge is $1.00 per person and casino shuttles are free (please tip the driver!).

Deposit / Cancellation Policy

A credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) is required to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged until you arrive. However, cancellations received within 72 hours (3 days) of your arrival, will be charged a $25 handling fee. Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival, will be charged for the first night's stay. Please note, group and holiday reservations, may require up to a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $30 per small pet/$50 per large pet. You will be required to sign our pet policy when checking in. Pets are welcome on the third floor, Rooms 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18. Please call with any questions or concerns regarding the pet policy.
Children, four and over, are considered guests and counted in the maximum room capacity. Children under the age of four, that share a bed with parents, will not be counted in the maximum room capacity.

Green Policy

The Hotel St. Nicholas supports conservation through our Green Program. Program elements include energy conservation, use of cotton-based linens, and extensive recycling of in-house and customer generated glass, plastics and paper. Disposable tableware and flatware is recycled. Blue plastic recycling bins are located in each room and in the breakfast area, and we would appreciate recyclable items sorted from trash. In order to save water and resources, we will not automatically replenish towels and linens, but will do so if asked.
